I am aware that many people carry credit card knifes as part of a EDC in their wallet as a have and forget item, however I wanted to advise that these have now be red flagged to airport security as a threat! Please remove before you fly as you will have a small chat with a police officer if found by security.
Happy prepping.

Which is why i will never carry one! knowing my luck i'd get caught with it where i'm not supposed to lol Not that i'd go on a plane anyway mind you, i'm terrified of them lol
Re: Credit card knifes, Airport security beware!
Not only a knife but could be classed as a concealed weapon
I have one ok for buttering a roll but fairly useless as a prep a decent legal edc pocket knife is far more use

But they are not even legal as EDC as they are a 'Fixed Blade'.
Doesn't matter how small they are, they are still a fixed blade and so therefore shouldn't be carried.
EDC needs to be a folder (Non-locking, sub 3")

in a nut shell its any knife which is fixed and has a cutting edge of over 3" (not blade length as some think
and a blade which locks with a mechanical lock is classed as a fixed / locking blade......
one which is held by friction such as the swiss army knife are legal as they dont lock open

This forum saved me from loosing my spiderco bug knife when i had to attend court recently as i had seen that ANY knife taken onto crown property will be taken from you as a member on here had to write to get his "legal" knife back as the system has gone bonkers and the court officers will retain them and your details yet the scallys walk the street without a care in the world
