Netto have got 10kg bags of Tilda broken basmati rice for £7.00. Also tins of sweetcorn for 25p.

So what is the difference between "Broken" and "Normal"?, I saw some bags of "Broken" rice in an indoor market in Devon last week, it seemed a lot cheaper than the regular at about £10 for 20Kg.

Some of the grains are broken so it can't be sold as perfect. Same principle as bags of broken biscuits, I guess.
