First aid skills to share in Scotland

Post by Arbroathprepper »

In my day to day employment I see all sorts of medical emergencies, ranging from exhaustion to heart attack, so imlucky to have extensive medical training from a few different sources. I hold both elementary first aid and casualty care certificates so anyone looking for some free advice or even some training give me a shout

Always happy for free advice mate, first aid is useful, I'm sure you'll have a willing audience on here. Feel free to share.

Great but can I enquire:-
Do you hold any First Aid Instructor Qualifications
and a member of any First aid/responder organisations , which have public liability insurance .
If not you may be opening yourself up to a legal mind field.

Great and fantastic if you do , if not watch what info you give out .

I don't hold an instrucror certificate or anything like that, I'm mainly looking to give any advice if needed not to teach the course I've done, I'm an rnli crew member so covered by them, I appreciate you're advice tho so many thanks.

Been on a lifeboat crew for a while now and see my fair share of fatalities from high cliffs, and many more serious injuries so our training is close to paramedic level, and it helps our trainer is an experienced paramedic, my day job sees me dealing with medical emergencies so always get hands on experience

Sounds great! Are you going to do some topics with advice? Or just answering questions?
