A Great Stocking Filler Present!

Post by Panther »

Whilst browsing in W H Smith the other day (other bookshops are available!) I noticed a stand displaying Ladybird books. These weren't books for children; these were their recent publications for adults. They're a set of humerous, tongue-in-cheek books for grown ups. The title that caught my eye was called "Zombie Apocalypse."

Naturally I thought this is a "must have" addition to any preppers bookshelf and an excellent stocking filler for Christmas!
There may be trouble ahead
But while there's moonlight and music
And love and romance
Let's face the music and dance

I saw some of these the other week, I didn't see the zombie one, it was all 'How Dad's work' and the like, they looked pretty good to be honest, I'll keep an eye out for zombie one for the missus, that might be the thing that gets her fully onboard the good ship prepper.

Kind of off topic, but I bought these for the lad as stocking fillers.
I got them to be funny as he's obsessed with lightweight gear.
Now they are here I want them too LOL

That's just brought back memories of the brick I took backpacking... Which was widely shown round the group and it vanished when one lad went to the wash house We all stood watching him tip his bag out all in the knowledge it was in the car boot ;)
If your roughing it, Your doing it wrong ;)

Lack of planning on your part doesn't make it an emergency on mine
