South Wales doctor new to prepping

Hi I'm a doctor based in Cardiff and I've been reading a lot about prepping and it seems like a sensible thing to do so I thought I'd join this community to share info (if you guys had medical questions, especially mental health and psychological first aid etc) and build some networks. I haven't really started yet but I'm keen to get organised!

Hiya Doc, there's a fair few people from S.Wales. We were even on about setting up a meeting sometime soon.
