I'm back

Hi all. I've been struck down with pneumonia (yes, according to a chest x-ray and my doctor) for the last couple of weeks and haven't gone near any computers while recovering.

I decided to go online today and check UK Preppers, only to find it's moved!

Well, I'm re-registered and back. With my illness, my posts will probably be few for the time being, but I'm still around...

Oh dear.. take care and dont go out for ages - I've had penumonia twice and it knocks hell out of you for longer than you'd think . xxx

Aye, stay indoors and keep warm! Hope you are feeling better soon. Don't try to be brave - a relative of mine has been on a ventilator in intensive care for a week because he thought he had a bad cold - turned out to be pneumonia. So make sure you take care of yourself and rest up!

Thanks all. Yes, it's a long old illness as I've discovered. Spent most of my time flopped out on the sofa watching TV and taking the pills. I think I'm gradually getting stronger.

I had to trudge out in the thick snow today to pick up my new prescription - strangely it didn't seem that cold outside...

The old lungs are clearer these last couple of days, so I think it's clearing nicely, albeit slowly.
