Suggestions
Hi all, it may have been asked before, apologies. Can anyone give me literature suggestions for UK based prepping/eotwawki novels please. I would rather more realistic story lines- not zombie/aliens etc. My imagination may stretch to EMP though.
Re: Suggestions
The Death Of Grass by John Christopher.
In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on.
Robert Frost.
Covid 19: After that level of weirdness ,any situation is certainly possible.
Me.

Re: Suggestions
Snow by Ryan Clifford (four books - they tail off rather a lot, but the first two are pretty good).
UK Dark 1 2 and 3.
All the John Wyndham books - Day of the Triffids, The Kraken Wakes, etc. Oldies, but goodies.

Maybe...... "The Knowledge. How to rebuild our world after an apocalypse" Lewis Dartnell
An interesting and [practical?] read.
Just about to start John Lancaster's "The Wall"
Will let you know next week.

Also "A Wrinkle in the Skin" by John Christopher. Another old one ..... takes me back to my youth when I first read it.

Not worried about powering the whole house, just eating hot food, getting a brew, seeing through the dark, and staying warm.

Plenty scope for a sequel though and if you get in first.... I hear there's money to be made.
