Pickled gherkins

My gherkin plants are growing like crazy in the tunnel,and it won't be long before they are being processed at an industrial rate. :lol: For that reason I sought the easiest pickling recipe that I could awhile ago.Got to keep it simple:

Did you heat your tunnel ? Your covered veg sounds much further ahead than ours for early June. :(

I have a small heated greenhouse Arwen,just for starting seeds.I also start plants in a heated propagator.
