Bush craft knife

Post by Rebelprepping »

I already have a mora but am looking for a new knife under £50 and thought I'd ask the community for their suggestions. It must be:
1) fixed blade
2) 6-8 inches
3) full tang
4) no spinal saw teeth or other gimmicky nonsense.

You already have the best bushcraft knife that you're going to get for less than 50 quid, my advice if you want something a bit more flash is save up bit and have a look at the TBS Boar. Made by the bushcraft store, I used one of their blade blanks to make my own, my handle is custom but the blade is as they come out of the factory, lovely knife.

The Condor Bushlore is a good no-nonsense solid bushcraft knife. £50 with hardwood handles, you can get it with Micarta scales but it's an extra 20-odd quid.

I agree with the Condor Bushlore. I have had two and they are amazing for the money.
I would upgrade to the Micarta handle Condor Bushlore if you can.
Condor in general seem to be a cracking bunch of knifes for the money. I've got a Condor Primitive knife as well. No complaints from me. Great knifes.

Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.
