For anyone who is interested, you can earn £5.00 per month in Amazon credit by scanning 10 receipts onto the app. I joined in July and got a tenner off the slow cooker I've just bought. I also got an additional 25p for answering one question in a random survey!

Well if you 'happened' upon receipts then they would also be fine to use. Nobody said they had to be yours!

You must be special just looked at the info & it's invite only. Sort of would've been interested but simultaneously trying (unsuccessfully) to reduce my consunerism. Anyway, I'm not invited and haven't signed up for the waiting list but feedback on your experiences and if you're subjected to excessive advertising would be interesting.

Not sure what you mean about 'excessive advertising' as I don't really take much notice of stuff like that anyway. I scan the receipts on the app and then the voucher appears in my Amazon account. It's a simple process.

Yes, I agree it sounds good. The horrible cynical bit of me wonders if amazon looks at what you're buying from the receipts and targets more advertising based on your purchases. Maybe I'm just thinking the worse of them?
