I’ve no interest in eternal youth. I enjoyed,really enjoyed,my mid forties to hitting 60. One of the best times of my life. Right up until then I had zero illnesses.Never stayed in an hospital until then. .And I was very strong,and very ,very fit. Unfortunately nature has hit me hard and decided that my time is limited. But that’s life! It starts and it ends at some point.

Ageing is a complex mixture of both accumulation of damage over a lifetime and programmed cell behaviour. I think we’ve got a looong way to go before any kind of age reversing treatment for humans as most studies are done on nematode worms, mice and suchlike. Drink plenty of fluids, healthy diet and exercise and look both ways before crossing the road will do me fine thanks.
