Help yourself sh@t this season....

Post by nickdutch »

At the time of posting Holland and Barret have their buy one get one at a penny sale on again. Have stocked up on 6 X 500 g packs of golden linseed to make sure I don't get constipated and my digestive system is going to work well enough to keep me going through this coming winter season.

I'm just glad I don't need assistance in that area. But may be tempted to let a few people know about the deal.

Or just get a kilo so that you can give it to people who have that kind of a problem? Vacuum store the linseeds so that they don't get wet and sprout and keep them for barter?

I use runner beans and eggs for barter usually :D The chance of some cheap good will do for most of them.
