Hi there ,
Im 26 , from Kent but now living in London close to Heathrow,
I guess iv always prepped without realising it from a young age, my dad is heavily involved in scouting as well as myself until age 18-19, iv got a wide range of skills and knowledge on camping ranging from fire lighting, shooting, archery, sailing and kayaking.
I say iv always been prepping as in the sense iv always got a ruck sack re packed with sleeping bag, roll matt, torch ect.
Im a school teacher and head of my subject ‘resistant materials’ so have daily access to a fully working workshop ect , in my day to day life im always wearing cargo trousers and boots to work so in a ‘bug out’ scenario I feel im dressed appropriately for most months of the year.
My targets in the next few months are as followed ;
• Bug Out Bag – Complete to my own specification.
• Nights Away – With just my Bug out Bag go camping and make amendments to the bag once complete.
• Training – Teach my partner basic skills in camp craft ect
Other than that im enjoying what people are doing to get prepped and reading everyone’s posts

Welcome UPN!
Funnily enough, it was being in the Scouts all those years ago that gave me a taste of the outdoors. You learn a hell of a lot there.
I spend a lot of time working in London myself, although my house is a bout 20 miles out.
