Not sure if these are any good as I don't have them but thought it was a good deal.

I have the foraging one. Its ok as a basic starter book but it doesnt have photographs of the various plants just drawings, which I think lets it down a little. It also has a lot of cultivated plants in it that you can find in the wild - but I'd guess anyone with an interest in foraging would know what they were. If the others in the series are the same style I'd say they are a good starting point. Individually they cost £7.99 (the price on the back) although I got mine cheaper on amazon - its a v. good price for all of them. :)

I reckon the books will probably be quite thin and elementary but at that price it's still going to be a good deal.
