Life Straw / Life Bottle

Any one seen these or have one?
Its basically a straw or bottle that filters the most dirtiest water you can think off, water mixed with poo and viruses it cleans it 99.9999%

i have the bottle , ive not a reason to test it yet ,but if its good enough for the army then that`ll do for me , i do need to get some spare filters for it before i try it .
