Uselful Tool

Post by poppypiesdad »

Had a wee look about on a good, universal , multi-purpose, larger than a plier type tool and came up with this

http://tooltray.com/Demolition,-Handy-% ... tAodRxEAVA

there is a smaller one

http://uk.farnell.com/jsp/displayProduc ... ctlistings

as thinking that this would have a multiple uses , from nailing up , breaking down , opening , levering, well everything really , except make the tea

What do you think

the Fubar is an awesome tool i have one in my tool kit that lives in the landrover. it has had a lot of abuse.. not light though and if you have the room separate tools are more easily used.. really well made

Have they improved the balance of this beast, I looked at getting one a few years back and it handled really badly. :(

If you are going after something like this go after the FatMax XL Fubar 3. Use one for work, it is the Dog's ???? not much stands in it's way ;)

The balance is still a little funny.. It will never be as good as a hammer or a pry bar or any other tool. But it is a good compromise on them all.
