Great for the complete novice (me) and as a reference guide to have around. Once again DK have provided good quality photos alongside the information. Good descriptions on different plant usage, also gives latin names. Key Information includes dosage and how to take it ie tea.
I will be making good use of this as I plan and plant my herb garden. I will be able to consider my families current needs and plant accordingly. Highly reccomended.
