Hello,

Off the top of my head, I have mylar bags containing rice, pasta, TVP mince, cous cous, sugar, salt, dried veggies, lentils (red and green,) oats, milk powder, freeze dried coffee, tomato powder...

I don't have a huge quantity though, most of my food storage is short/medium term on a first in first out basis.

Makes sense to have some long term though IMO.

What about dehydrating fruit and bed and storing that in Mylar?

Basic good like sugar, milk powder, flour etc are good. ( don't put an oxygen absorber in with the sugar!)
