Small tool kit
Small tool kit
Just was looking on the web and at a lost of must have things in a bug out bag and it said to have a small tool kit, what would a good tool kit be?

Re: Small tool kit
im no builder or sparky - so the multitools i have in bags, and a small set of bits in car (and i mean literally a handful of items) is all i have
totally depends on individual i suppose - im not goin to try and fix my car if the AA can do it for me in case i messed it up even more.
if i was out biking - then relevant tools for the job.
i dont intend to be doing an A-team special and using a wrench, gaffer tape and air cylinder to make a cat track flame throwing beast
i just dont have the skills.
what things do you do and what kit do you think might need?

Re: Small tool kit
I AM a handy bloke, I have a workshop rammed full of kit and resources. I can fix most things. However, when I am on the move I find my Leatherman, Swiss Army Knife and some Gorilla Tape to gets me by.
On Wednesday for instance, I started tackling up to fish, and the thread on my landing net handle broke. For non-anglers, this is a vital tool for fish welfare. Gorilla Tape to the rescue! And it held.

In three words I can sum up everything I have learned about life: It goes on.
