Ibuprofen

Just wondering if anyone else seems to have found a shortage of Ibuprofen on the shelves at the moment - or is it just me! I usually throw a couple of cheap packs of home brand Ibuprofen and Paracetamol in the trolly each time I visit a supermarket. The last couple of times (at least) that I've been to Lidls the shelf was bare apart from Neurofen. Then popped to Asda yesterday - and it was exactly the same there! Perhaps there is just a run on it in Devon!!

That's what I thought at first, but now I'm not so sure!

I work for a supermarket and we had some of our own brand ones in at start of the week as I picked a pack of Ibuprofen up as I had a headache in work but have to admit I normally buy Nurofen from poundland along with the odd beechams pack as and when I need them....reminds me I need to go look I think I used a pack up recently and im not sure it got replaced

I was going to get a load this week, none in Tesco, 99p store or Poundland, got the last 2 boxes in Wilkinsons

Thanks unsure, kind offer, but I'm fine - they are something I always keep in store... just thought it strange that there seemed to be a shortage!

will have to remember to go and check our shelves when I get into work tomorrow and see what our current stocks are like I get paid a week on friday and was going to have a tri around the pound shops so will keep an eye out while im there as its on my to stock list, if I remember when I get to work ill post up and let you guys know the score

Paracetamol our lad said he could not find them on the shelf in asdas friday and chemist only give me 20 insted of 40 on script just a owing slip

Costco has plenty , bought some last week
