Getting off those repeat prescriptions

Post by notrab99 »

Hi guys,
Wherever I go (on the net and in the real world) I come across people complaining about health issues, IBS, etc. and although I've emailed people direct in the past I decided to share my findings with the world. As preppers it would be great to leave behind those ongoing health problems (and cost) that hold us back and even hinder our prepping. If you have the time (50mins) and the broadband speed (it can be set full screen in HD to see the stunning scenery) please take a look or bookmark it for the future. I'm 'Lee' in the video - known here as 'notrab99'

Sadley mate some things you can have long term never leave, nor do thay leave you till you leave earth and make your peace with whatever comes next...I look at death this way if there is a after life bonus ;) if pain and everything ends on death bonus :) its win win really nothing to waste your time worrie about, but while we are here drugs are a comfort for them long days and nights on the other hand I am always possitive and am open to try herbs etc insted 8-)

i was born with hayfever and theres a good chance i`ll die with it .
ive tried herbal remedy`s and they never really helped , so went back to the docs meds and ended up back on what i was on in the first place .
YES i walked away mid sentence , you were boring me to death and my survival instincts kick in .

Well I have to say I have been given many labels in my time and not one has refused to leave me with a little investigation and action. As I said in the video people can be quite defensive about giving up their labels, especially if it means giving up a comfort food. Always look for the cause instead of treating the symtoms.

Must confess I didn't have time to listen to the whole 50 minutes but the openning stuff on asthma was I am afraid dangerous and misinformed. The physiology & pathology of asthma and hyperventilation are very different and well understood.

Undoubtedly lifestyle & enviroment have a major impact on health. The wealthier you are the more control you have over those factors. If you are a poor person in Africa you have less control and die younger. If you are poor in the UK you have a bit more control ,but you will still die younger than richer folk.

The rest is down to luck and genetic inheritance.

What was the question ????
