Are they the ones who can only use one hand when in a rush? the other one reserved for keeping the trousers... well not up but not falling down completely.

they are the ones , easy to spot by their tribal get up , pants tucked in to their socks and the liberal use of burberry clothes

usually found hanging around in groups swigging cider on street corners .
