Hello, Deano, welcome to UK Preppers.

I'm afraid that this site is not about a 'zombie outbreak' or 'world apocalypse'. I see from some of your posts that have not been approved that you don't actually know what prepping is, and do equate it with zombie invasions and other far fetched scenarios. These are not subjects that are of any interest to our community. I would therefore suggest that you need to and find out more about the subject of prepping from sensible sources.

*hint* sensible sources NEVER include terminology such as 'world apocalypse' or 'zombie outbreak'. ;)

hello Deano, I'm sorry to have to tell you this but "Zombies" are a figment of Hollywood's making and don't actually exist !!! (well only in comic books and American horror films.)
Adapt or Die, there is no middle ground.

Hi deano and welcome

I would agree that the term 'zombie' could be applied to those sleep walking through life OR the mindless consumerism as was demonstrated on the last Black Friday:- http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-yJ-6523vxk0/T ... owds_4.jpg

However, my guess is that Dean has been watching too much of The Walking Dead or World War Z. ;)

still we must not put the laddie off, maybe we should encourage him? if we can put just 1 more person on the right path isn't that a positive move?

Not if he's interested in zombies and Armageddon - that's not what our community is about. Hence why I asked him to go and do some research!
