Personally I wouldn't waste my money and I would use that money saved to buy some more tins. As one of the reviews said the information you need is on the Internet and some on this forum. We already have a thread on £5 prepping.
Pound shops stock many camping type items this time of year so you can pick up glow sticks, emergency blankets, foldable water carriers etc all for,...well...a pound.
You can get more prepping on a budget than that.
