Hi folks,
Who am I, and why am I here? I am someone who probably would have had a lot in common with Franz Kafka, except his religious background. But that's just a guess based on reading “The Process” and his Wikipedia page. Commissum is an old alias of mine; Latin for “That what you can trust” and I hope that I will be able to live up to that. So, I will be Mr C.
I found the prepper movement when looking for information on Mutualism and methods that would make self-governing possible. I have been well prepared since I like to hike and have spent many summers in an off-grid cabin, but this was never because of fear of TEOTWAWKI. Though, I am aware of the dangers and all taken together that would make me a Prepper, I think.
Compared with Mr K, the main character in the book “The Process”, Mr C is more hopeful about the future, despite that he thinks that the skit will hit the fan, sooner or later. The fact that C is sometimes pronounced K in Latin is a pure coincident, but it might help you remember who I am.
Mr C.

Hi - are you in Norway ?
Re: Hi from Scandinavia
Thank you all!
I live i Sweden, I will finish my profile, eventually. I have a question, though: I would like to remain anonymous, for two reasons. First a selfish one, I prefer to choose my battles, and you cant do that if people know where to find you. Secondly, a more constructive reason, I want you to judge my words not me. You are free to assume the worst, that may actually yield a more interesting discussion.
Is this OK?

Hi from Scandinavia
You're free to fill out as much or as little profile information as you wish. You can reveal as much or as little info about yourself as you wish (although I generally recommend to not reveal too much!)
The only rules we have here are keep it legal, family friendly and prepping orientated. Be respectful to your fellow forum users and that's all we ask

Re: Hi from Scandinavia
I was only asking because I have Norwegian penpals and am getting interested in the country, no worries. Draw the line at learning the language though
Re: Hi from Scandinavia
Sounds good to me! Diamond lil you are forgiven for not wanting to spend time learning Norwegian or Swedish, I would not. I would learn Spanish, since many Spanish speaking people live as if the **** had already hit the fan and will do *relatively* better in such a future. This is only a guess, though...
