Yep hot or cold it is very nice :) and for the price as well,and a great shelf life. I already have some in my stocks but its worth getting more for that price I see it up to £2.50 a tin in some places. Hi All
Not too sure if I should post this in this section so sorry if it is wrong. I just wanted to let people know that asda's currently have tinned pek (larger tins) on offer for £1 with a good shelf life.

I like tinned fish as apart from having a half decent shelf life, it contains omega 3 fatty acids which some say can reduce depression (useful if it does work in a SHTF situation), keeps your joints moving and has links to improving brain function. And on top of that I like fish :)... I value tinned...

Hmmm... Good question
Personally I don't think I would go for one or the other, I would make a combination of civvie and Military equipment that I believe is of the best quality or to an acceptable standard for the situation into which I prepare.

Personally I would go for the crossbow, I would pick the crossbow as 1: You don't have to use some much arm strength whilst aiming the crossbow as apposed to holding back the sling bow. 2: Crossbows seem slightly more user friendly 3: With some practice could you use a crossbow one handed? not sure ...
