Why would you need to insulate it? Is the fuel tank on your car insulated? Add some Stabil to it and store it covered up,make sure the can is as full as you can get as well. Why would you need to insulate it? Is the fuel tank on your car insulated?

Add some Stabil to it and store it covered up,make sure the can is as full as you can get as well.

Mine stay outside under a tarp with no issues.

Well I think it would be better for you to come up with a reason to purchase a power bank as it’s you who might or might not need it.

Some people have given some suggestions but they just annoyed you it seems.
