The re waterproofing stuff is for the outer layer . Often badged up with goretex approved as its been tested not to clog the micropourus layer

Boots just need to be cleaned regularly to keep in good condition although I have washed my OHs and they seemed OK. :oops:

Gonna order myself a pair of these! In black though! Not gonna enjoy parting with £175 but I'm sure they'll be worth it.

They are stupidly comfy mally took about 3 short walks into town to bed them in I usually take between a size 8 or 9 UK size shoe glad I went for the size 9 as its spot on fit wise......

I quiet like the olive colour to be honest

Yeah I like the olive colour too but if these boots are as comfy as you say, (and I don't doubt that for a minute), I'll end up wearing them as my everyday boots.
I walk miles almost every day anyway. Can't wait til they arrive lol

they are deffinately more comfy than my Mattahorns that i used to swear were nice to wear.... they will be relegated to car boot walk home duty over the winter me thinks....
