just a couple of observations if i might add them to your pondering list...
I cant see a secondary coupling on the hitch?
which would be a legal requirement since its not a braked trailer (braked trailers have a red snap cable which yanks the trailer brakes on if it detaches Unbraked should have a secondary anchor point linked to the a frame should the hitch come away....

Trailers should be fitted with 50mm ball coupling to ISO and BSI standards.
Unbraked trailers must have a stout secondary coupling, such as a chain, which is connected securely to the towing vehicle when it is being towed. The secondary coupling must be tight enough to prevent the trailer's tow hitch from hitting the ground if the vehicle becomes uncoupled.

also just check your lightings upto spec as from the pics its hard to gauge its length and width etc

Usually a traffic cop will be supprised to see a legal light board and matching numberplate but if your involved in an accident expect the tape measure and rule book to come out
Dont know if you have seen this stuff on HGV's it stands out miles way both side on and from the back
