Yeah I did think about the cold winters. I guess it’s like anything if you take the time and spend the money on a double skinned type thing and insulate it properly it might be ok. My ex lived in Canada (Saskatchewan) and we talked about this, she said it can be done if you build it right, people do live all year round in cabins. But, as you say -20 is COLD
