Re: Ten Items
Yes son good thinking!! And now gimme your address...
Re: Ten Items
1. Quinoa
2. Smash
3. Tinned veg
4. Tinned fried onions
5. Gravy mix
6. Tinned tomatoes
7. Tinned fruit
8. Lentils
9. Soya mince
10. Dried milk
I could make a god selection of meals out of these ingredients (I know, like tinned prunes and mash....) and its fairly balanced. Not sure about the gravy mix, maybe a selection of herbs/spices instead?

Re: Ten Items
Supermarket - the brand name is 'Eazy' and they're a 'Delia cheat'!diamond lil wrote:Where do you get tinned fried onions ??
Lovely - 90% onions, 9% olive oil, with salt and citric acid (I think).

Re: Ten Items
Quinoa - yes, that is better than rice or pasta - more protein. But it is very expensive at the moment. Do you know of anywhere that sells it cheaply?hobo wrote:1. Quinoa
