1. Quinoa
2. Smash
3. Tinned veg
4. Tinned fried onions
5. Gravy mix
6. Tinned tomatoes
7. Tinned fruit
8. Lentils
9. Soya mince
10. Dried milk

I could make a god selection of meals out of these ingredients (I know, like tinned prunes and mash....) and its fairly balanced. Not sure about the gravy mix, maybe a selection of herbs/spices instead?

Supermarket - the brand name is 'Eazy' and they're a 'Delia cheat'!
Lovely - 90% onions, 9% olive oil, with salt and citric acid (I think).

Quinoa - yes, that is better than rice or pasta - more protein. But it is very expensive at the moment. Do you know of anywhere that sells it cheaply?
