It's right near my kitchen door so they get a chance of being cared for and harvested as required.
Onion seeds also currently propagating in the windowsill. I never had luck with onion seeds before.

I nearly choked when I read that. 4 hours! I was gonna see how it was after half an hour. Pasta only takes 11-14 minutes (white 11, wholewheat 14). Anyway, I forgot. try adding a sprinkle of pilau seasoning.
Or. Orzo pasta or couscous are good substitutes.
I pretty much do prep meal every Friday now. Just for me. Mr JJ goes his own way with a chuckle at what I throw together.

I can certainly do the hot rinse, not sure about the boil in a pan, too lazy. I'll try it for about an hour.
