How about this.... When I was first diagnosed with High Blood pressure, I was sent to the cardiac centre to do a walking BP test on the treadmill.GeeGee wrote: ↑Thu Jan 16, 2025 6:19 pm Oh you made me laugh
I swim a mile a day im roughly a size 10 I walk a lot and go gym and circuits and not particularly fond of food..dont drink unless its on holiday...and that's rare
Had my old peoples check up other day and blood tests
Lose weight as the bmi chart says I'm massive ...does it take into account muscle ? But the bmi is obv right..Cholesterol should be lower so stop eating everything..do more exercise and learn to live more healthily
I think I do what I can ...
Good job it came in a text
My BP was so high I was admitted immediately for overnight obs. ( I suffer from the non PC white coat syndrome)
This occurred twice over a 3 month period.... no walking tests for me I could have a heart attack.
So I've been told to exercise more with no doctors or EMTs around but they could not run a test on a treadmill in a cardiac hospital?
Make it make sense
