Had my annual health check done just waiting on the results.

Stocked up on Fray Bentos Steak & Kidney Pudding 200g tins. Individual meals microwaveable and at a pinch boil in the tin. Done in 90 seconds makes a quick meal.
Two is one and one is none, but three is even better.

Where are you finding the tinned puddings please. I can only find the microwavable ones and still unhappy that I can no longer find tinned sponge puddings and only the microwavable ones of those too.

Cheap and a back up to the wind up one I already have
We’ve got one, they’re currently on Amazon at £13.89 we were pleasantly surprised, it’s kept together
with a 20ft long wire with a small crocodile clip on one end to extend the aerial should a we need
too pull in faint signals. Pocket size and good for a BOB.
You can also use a Slinky..... They turn up in charity shops and ebay for under a tenner

Sorry, They are the microwaveable ones you mentioned. It comes under the "tinned" description in the websites.

Been a while since I’ve visited, due to most of my garden grown Veg being attacked by slugs and snails I’m starting a go at hydroponics, got my two DWC buckets set up and have done a trial run with just water but no nutrients etc, have got the tent, grow light and extraction. Been busy with work so happy to have it finally set up.

Dare I ask what you plan to grow in your hydro setup?

We have spent part of the weekend cleaning the existing CCTV cameras and tweaking the view of a couple of them. Installing a new one at the rear of the property, replacing one PIR light and installing two additional solar ones. Just purchased a camera which fits onto the inside of the window to cover the front door rather than a doorbell type and am awaiting delivery of a London bar for the front door, will buy a Birmingham bar next and have also bought some security bars to go across the glass panels as the glass is textured and was fitted on the inside so we cant install security film. I have also been stocking up on children's paracetamol and ibuprofen for the grandchildren as none of their parents are preppers to my knowledge and one set would likely panic and the other would likely hit the black market if SHTF.

😂😂. Yes, purple sprouting broccoli and in the other have three smaller baskets with Pak Choi, will also corry a kratky method outside to increase yield, we really have been battered by the gastropods this year then flipping caterpillars 🐛. 🤬🤬

Everyone does appear to think I’m growing a strong smelling herb in the tent, I’m not even though I had a go at growing tobacco as well.

Blimey  Well, I saw it being grown commercially in Zimbabwe (taking a week before planting to poison the soil to avoid competition from weeds) and I saw a few plants (much, much healthier :D ) being grown at the Eden Project in Cornwall. But that's a lot of work, for a very doubtful return. Anything else give you a hit like tobacco?

Realised I'm quite low on AAAs. Not sure how, as I bought loads. Put some in my Amazon basket. Checked the others, at least the ones I keep track of. Updated my spreadsheet. Got some charged.

Searched for missing spare rear bike light, and eventually found it in a similar bag to the one it should have been in. Oops.

Got that and front light in pannier.
