According to Martins MoneySaving Forum any asian supermarket stocks the 5l containers. I usually get bottles from tesco. I have quite a large stock

You need proper white vinegar and not a rice white vinegar.
Dri-Pak does it, sometimes you can get it from a B+M store, but that will be already packaged in a trigger spray bottle for surface cleaning.
