Just grow beards and be done with it. Will keep your faces lovely and warm too!
Or I could teach you all how to make hair removing wax?

Doesn't look good on a woman though
And a lot of women don't seem to appreciate having to wear a full beard when they are looking for a mate
Nena was a good looking lass, then she raised her arms and half the men in the world sighed

Shaving
I keep a short beard and hair, keeps me warm and easy to maintain. However I do see the value in having some form of shaving equipment in your BOB/EDC. If there is a short emergency, being able to look more presentable can be an asset and you also have a very sharp blade in case of medical need with a good reason to have it on you.
Re: Shaving
I also have very short hair, but would probably go for the "Grizzly Adams" look

Now that's how I wouldn't want my OH to look like! I would probably ask him to be clean shaven if there was no option to keep a trim beard but then scissors would do a fair enough job I guess.tanstaafl wrote:I also have very short hair, but would probably go for the "Grizzly Adams" look
Razors kept for me, teenage daughter and I must buy some more for son and add more to stocks.

Shaving
Personally It wouldn't bother me to much having excess facial hair, my grandfather bought me a traditional cut throat straight razor a few years ago as a present and I will probably end up putting that in some sort of grab bag as i could probably use it as an emergency knife for something if I needed.
For everyday use I use a Mach 3 and never had any problems.

I used to shave with a Mach 3 but stopped after I learnt that Gillette test their products on animals. Now why would you want to do that in our age and technology...... Now it's the disposable one until the straight razor is finished. That will be fun
Re: Shaving
I normally use a razor from Aldi, cheap and cheerful but better than a BIC.Technik wrote:I used to shave with a Mach 3 but stopped after I learnt that Gillette test their products on animals. I have few issues as to where products are tested, and I am sure a lot of diabetics (and many other groups) will agree
