I think this is a situation where an army surplus shop would be useful. . Ive slept in a 4 season maggot at the foot of ben nevis in November and woke up with a sweat on!

Wont break the bank and packs away ok too..

I saw on tv that there's a jacket that turns into a tent and sleeping bag and mozzie net. Looks rather light so maybe not so warm but if you were wearing it as a coat while travelling then could pack a blanket in your BOB. If you just search for "jacket that turns into a tent" on internet it comes up.Try to find a second hand one as they're about $200.
