Go to a supermarket that sells herb plants (£1 on morrisons) rosemary, thyme or mint can be planted out and left to do their thing. Aldi have fruit trees from 6ht Feb. Going to spend £16, and plant two pairs of fruit trees off the beaten track. You never know when they could be useful. If stolen or dont grow not too great a loss.
