Having said that as far as using any of your improv weapons in a non WROL situation, it is a crime to deliberately store a weapon or an item intended to be used as such with a view to using it (even in defence). You can get hold of adrenaline in ampoules for IM or IV injection, slower than an Epi-Pen but better than nothing.
